Terms & Conditions of Use

By booking the Ken Maunder Park Indoor Centre you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions.

The hirer must ensure that he / she or his / her representative is present throughout the booking period.
The hirer must ensure the good conduct of all those participating in the booking, including spectators.
The hirer must ensure he / she and all users comply with any reasonable request from a staff member of Suburbs New Lynn Cricket Club or Ken Maunder Park Indoor Centre concerning the use of the premises and facilities.
The hirer must ensure that he / she and all users leave the premises and facilities in a clean and tidy condition, and place all rubbish in the bins provided.
Food and drink (except water) are not allowed in the main areas of activity.
Studded / spiked footwear is not permitted to be worn in any part of the Cricket Centre.
The hirer must immediately report any damage to the premises, facilities or equipment to Suburbs New Lynn Cricket Club and accept responsibility for any damage caused during the period of hire by the group and will be liable for the costs of rectifying the damage.
The hirer must ensure smoking is not permitted inside the centre.
The hirer is responsible for their own health and safety and all those participating in the booking when using the facility, and agree to take all sensible precautions to protect their/their groups own health and safety whilst doing so.
Net bookings for any non-cricket code events/training must book all five lanes concurrently for the full booking.
KMPCT has the right to cancel any bookings as it sees fit.

You must be double vaccinated to use the indoor centre.
By agreeing to these terms and conditions you are confirming that you are double vaccinated, and will check the vaccine passports of any others joining you in the use of our facilities.
You as the person making the booking are responsible that all terms and conditions are met.

If you cancel an existing booking more than 3 days prior to the scheduled booking time then you are entitled to a full refund.
Customers cancelling bookings less than 3 days prior to the reservation will be charged 50% of the hiring charge.
Customers who fail to take up their booking without any prior notice will be charged the full hiring fee.
Refunds will not be available if you are unable to use the booking and cancellation has not been advised by email 3 days before the booking time.

By using the Suburbs New Lynn Cricket Club online booking system, I am agreeing to receive:
1. messages relating to my booking,
2. messages relating to the administration of my data, e.g. requests to confirm my profile settings; and
3. messages relating to the Ken Maunder Park Indoor Centre, including offers, programmes and new developments.
Pursuant to the Privacy Act the following has been brought to my attention. Suburbs New Lynn Cricket Club uses the registration process to collect information for the purposes of:
1. the general administration of the Suburbs New Lynn Cricket Club, and
2. the promotion of Suburbs New Lynn Cricket Club's programmes.
My personal information will be held by Suburbs New Lynn Cricket Club and I have the right to access (and correct) such personal information as provided for in the Privacy Act. I may view and update this information by means of my profile settings in the online booking system and/or by contacting the Suburbs New Lynn Cricket Club Administrator. Use of the online booking system constitutes authorisation of the use and disclosure of the personal information in accordance with the purposes set out above. Stating that I withhold this consent, or the provision of incorrect information, may result in you being ineligible to use the system.

All prices are in NZD. Prices are inclusive of GST for buyers within New Zealand.
If paying online, payment is made via credit card to Ken Maunder Park Community Trust. The name that will appear on your statement will be "KMPCT".
Ken Maunder Park Community Trust is a NZ owned business entity for trading/registration purposes.

All purchases made through this website have transactions securely handled by Stripe, ensuring the highest possible security for your credit card data. Your payment details are submitted directly to Stripe for processing, and Stripe relay the transaction result to this site.
